Time for EGR and Oil Cooler

meh.....my first one was an ambulance....got a hella lot of m-time. The other one i was doing an engine harness in, and noticed milky stuff in the upper radiator hose...so i swapped it out. DUAL ALTERNATORS SUCK!!!! If its a work van /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup.gif easy....if its got all those stupid coolant hoses and a/c line for rear air...then it gets a little harder IMHO.

Day and a half if you take ure time and make sure ure doing it right.

I have done more than my share on E-450s. Remove the three heat exchangers (CAC, A/C condensor, and radiator) as one assembly. Remove the top rad support crossmember to make working in the area more comfortable. Those are my /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/2cents.gif
