You should check OASIS. See TSB 07-21-1 DUAL FUEL TANK - ONE EMPTY - FUEL DOES NOT TRANSFER

 

The dual tank system uses a fuel tank transfer pump that relies on both fuel level sensors to operate correctly. Fuel is draw from the right side tank only and as the transfer pump reads the level dropping in the tight tank, it pumps fuel from the left tank to even the levels. The TSB diagnostics are easy. I have replaced quite a few sending units... there is a revised part. I have only seen two bad transfer pumps.

+1 for the senders but I have also seen a lot of failed transfer pumps. If you find that the plastic top of the sender/senders is white save your self the trouble replace BOTH senders the revised have a black top.
