Torqued_Up
I wonder what base engine mods they performed or at least I hope they did like head studs. Do the bottom ends of these things hold up to the powewr some of these guys are getting out of these engines???
mchan68
Look closely at the right/rear corner below the valve cover. Looks like an ARP stud to me. Someone has deep pockets!!!
Aaron
Somethin' like that you'd NEED those ARP Non-Rubber studs to hold the heads on.
Jim Warman
Look closely at the right/rear corner below the valve cover. Looks like an ARP stud to me. Someone has deep pockets!!! With the snake pit of custom pipes festooning the top of that motor, I would have to say that Mike has made the understatement of the year... Mekanik
How many warranty headgaskets do you guys think this thing got before the ARP studs? I would love to see the VIN# to look up the warrant history. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hahaha.gif
Aaron
Actually to be honest, I don't think those look like ARP studs. The ARP studs we have installed at work have been black oxide studs, with black oxide nuts. That one almost looks like it's got a chrome coating on it...Hard to say though, and I can't hardly see shit on this monitor.
Tony302600
Yea they are ARP studs.
