Saving Service DVD's to HD?

I know I've done this before but can not remember how? Have an April 03 disc I would like to put on my laptop so I don't end up scratching the disc all to hell...can't remember how to get it to go to where the disc is saved instead of looking at the DVD drive? I saved a copy to my HD with Nero but just don't remember if that was the way I did it before...haven't messed with this type of stuff for about 5 years.

I figured it out. Had the program on a virtual drive. Opened the files and ran setup again...all is good now.
