Keith Browning
According to my front parts counter dude the part number for the 40 gallon aft-axle tanks has recently changed. Is this a sign of a change? Anybody hear anything?
LARRY BRUDZYNSKI
6C3Z9002E, But I am hearing the same thing about a possible new #, as a matter of fact I need one myself. Aha, New # 6C3Z9002F But no one shows it on the locator, I heard from Motor City Ford that it comes from the West coast, Rick also told me that Ford has not loaded the # yet. partsmanBB
Does II says 'late engineering change' , use 6C3Z-F. Which is not yet available...But I sure do hope this tank solves the problem, some of our guys are on their third go-round with these damn things. Keith Browning
We have a situation that has escalated... long story short we got a tank emergency shipped to us. According to my Service manager the tanks are now galvanized. When the truck gets back to our shop I'll get to see it. (the tank)
