2005 e-450 od light flashing

I have a e-box with p0657 hard fault and p0962 in history,I checked out that tsb but can not find a bare wire at c195,is there any other places that are know for chafing? anyone got any tips?

If it is a 6.0L there are known chafe points at the PCM bracket, the A/c lines next to the PCM, the front of the left valve cover and (I think) the dipstick bracket. All of that is in the same localized area. Remove the intake tube between the air filter and the turbo inlet pipe and you should be able to see if there is anything funny going on there.

ya its a 6.0,thanks Keith found it,it had chafed thru on the vcauum pump
