I have a 96' f350 in for injector reseal. My service information dvds are not working right now. Can you guys help me out. I need the torque for the hold down bolt, and oil deflector bolt.

One other thing do you guys take the heater box apart to replace the injectors on the right side or are you able to get them out, clean the bore and install with out? Thanks a lot guys, appreciate it.

120 in/lb on the hold down and 106 in/lb on the deflector bolt. I suggest you blow the oil out of the hole so the bolt doesn't hydrolock. We leave the heater box alone.

Good Luck!

Just to add to what Bruce is saying, pull the aluminum insulation back and down out of the way and remove the vacuum canister from the heater box (2 bolts) and this will give you plenty of room on the right side.

Thanks guys. I always make sure the oil and fuel is out of the bolt holes. I had a co-worker that got burned by not sucking the oil out. Thanks for the tip FLMMAZ. Its been quite a while since I have had to do an injector on 5 or 7. Have a great weekend everybody.
