Fuel lines between filter housing and frame lines?

Should these come off if I slide the PS pump/alt bracket out of the way? I've got a leaker and never changed one of these before.

Also - what's a reasonable labor time to complete this task? Can't find any reference to it in the WSM or SLTS or anything.

The thing that makes them a bitch is the front oil cooler header is in the way, due to the 90 degree bend at the bottom of the lines. You can snake them out but it make take a little "massaging" on the new lines.

 

We have charged 3 hours in the past with fuel filter change and drain water seperator, ect.
