"Temporary Disposable Fuel Tank"

OK, I'm stumped. I ran a VIN through the parts guy asking for a price on a tank. It came back as being equipped from the factory with a "temporary disposable fuel tank". The truck is an '04 F550 wrecker and obviously has an aftermarket tank (small, only 15 gal or so) that fits with the wrecker body.

 

What's the temp tank? A plastic bag with a straw?

Funny you should say 15 gallon tank, At Motor City our F450 Flatbed delivery truck had exactly a 15 Gallon tank. It sucked, depending on the delivery schedule we would have to refuel it 2-3 times in 1 day.
