Jeff Clyde
After years of wishing, Santa finally came. We finally got a hoist for the Truck Shop, no longer do we have to steal a bay from the car shop to lift cabs. Very nice portable column system from Rotary. Posted a pic in PhotoPost, unsure how to post it here; maybe someone could help.

LARRY BRUDZYNSKI
It doesn't look right. It's a nose to tail lift. I'm used to seeing it being grabbed from the side. Could be a good fit for the guys with the bodies with the cranes and all kinds of crazy shit on them.

Keith Browning
It is a little odd looking if you have never seen this type of lift.
Jeff Clyde
its great for lifting cabs, F650/750's, can be used in any bay, or even outside. 36000 lb capacity.
joshbuys
What was the price tag on that set? My old shop had a set of the lifts that are 'portable' like those, but they went on each of the 4 tires and had a lifting capacity of 60,000. Been trying to convince them here that we need a set, but we really don't have room for them....

Yep we had those too, probably Sefac lifts. Great for doing trans work on motorhomes.
