I really wasn't sure where to post this as a topic. So I decided to post it here seeing as the T.I.V. is an F-450 chasis with a 7.3L and ZF manual tranny. I just watched this on National Geographic HD and was blown away with this. Some folks may think this shit is absolutely crazy, but I think it is freakin amazing. Man, I'm not sure if would like to be a mobile tech for these guys or not, but it sure would be interesting. It cost this guy $100,000.00 to build this vehicle. It is an armor plated vehicle with bullet proof glass and over 8000lbs of steel armor. The vehicel weighs just over 14,000lbs total and will do 100mph. It is built to literally drive right into the middle of a tornado funnel and gather scientific information and Dopplar Radar info about the tornado's. These guys work in cooperation with Doppler On Wheels. Oh, and they were succesful in driving it into the middle of a Tornado. Allot of this filming is done for Imax. Crazy shit man! Here's some links for it:

You already have equivalent experience. coming to work on a Friday that is the last day of the month and running into a serv manager who needs tickets closed, customer waiters, and a service advisor wanting all jobs finished so they go into his commission check is about as close to voluntarily driving into a category 5 tornado as anything.
