Someone's been in butchering things to death.

I need the part number for the little dealy that goes over top of the turbocharger that holds the wiring harness -- we had it on here awhile back, but I can't seem to find it.

Thanks in advance fellows!

(This truck fills the LH cylinders with water, as well as the exhaust manifold, as fast as you can pour it in.)

Gear clamp as a CAC tube clamp.

You the man Mike!

Thank you. I got one in here now, that looks like the Sobey's meat department employees went to town on as well, needing the exact same parts.

Mine also requires a fan shroud, all the turbo mounting hardware, all the exhaust clamps as they've been tightened down with a 3/4" impact and pulled through themselves... Not to mention this thing either has a cracked head or it's so warped you could fit my sandwich between the straight edge and the head surface. As soon as you fill the degas bottle with water, cylinders 2 and 4 fill with water also.

Mine also requires a fan shroud ("silly snotted" together), as well as the above mentioned harness cover. But I got you beat on this one. This one is missing ALL the FICM mounting hardware (just sitting loose on the v/c)and the heat shield at the back of the high pressure oil pump. And here's where I got you beat. The turbo was mounted with the y-pipe crooked, leaving a good sized exhaust leak, and now I know why, after digging into it. Whoever last wrenched on it, mangled the shit out of the turbo drain tube AND ruined the high pressure oil pump cover where the tube is supposed to go in. Pictures to follow.....

How do you wreck the cover? Putting the turbo on with the big 20lb swing press?

Yeah, whoever tried to put it in, obviously tried to force it in somehow, and managed to break off the piece of the high pressure oil pump cover, where the tube goes in. They tried to cover it up with silly snot all over both ends of the drain tube. Now it doesn't surprise me that it took them three weeks to "repair" the guy's truck.

And that makes the whole trade look just awesome.

I had just finished up putting a couple injectors in a 2006 350, when the kid that owns the truck in the first pictures came in. He looked at the truck I was working on and goes "Oh, haven't got that one apart yet?" I was like "Uhh...no...it's all done."

He looked SUPREMELY depressed that his truck had been mangled that bad.
