Keith Browning
I have noticed that 6.7L oil dipsticks stick in the dipstick tubes. I discovered them to be a little difficult to get out on a few PDI's. My first oil change found me having to insert a 1/2" ratchet handle through the finger hole then twisting and pulling with my body weight to get the dipstick out. A coating of silicone grease on the part of the dipstick around the o-ring cured that... hopefully for good! I might consider that when performing future PDI's. Cetane
Make sure you twist the dipsticks when reinserting them as well. They can bind up and read incorrectly.

Aaron
I posted something to that effect on a monkeyhouse board. 'It's tight at first, but once you pull it out and jam it back in a few times, it loosens up. A little lube in this situation goes a long way' Or something like that. It got quite a lot of LOL replies.
