kellyf
Remember seeing some pictures somewhere showing cab off removal on 6.0 van.I have an 07 regular cab diesel van that needs valve cover removal and possible stg leaking. Will start fairly well cold but hot will only build 350 psi icp.Do you think it is worth the trouble to remove cab for this? mchan68
Unless you're pulling either the heads, the engine itself or replacing the branch tube, it's not worth the trouble. The passenger side valve cover requires either engine mount removal or a partial frontal body lift. The driver side can be removed relatively easily. BLittle500
+1 on not pulling the body. If I remember right, the STC fittings are actually pretty easy in a van since everything is right there once you pull the dog box.
Mbl35
just take the left engine mount out, very easy. Make sure you remove the stud and the engine mount will slide back easily when you jack the engine up a bit.
