kevin41 Posted December 15, 2010 Share Posted December 15, 2010 working on 1995 f350 7.3 and the gasket between the front cover and the high pressure pump keeps blowing out. verified leak at gasket between pump and cover, replaced gasket using work shop manual procedures, two days later gasket is blown out again. any input as to root cause of gasket failure would be greatly appreciated.the motor is a ford reman with 20,000 miles on it. thanks again Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
