tecanic1
Anyone know what the second icp pressure pid is when diagnosing a 7.3...there are two icp pressure pids. one seems to be the actual reading and the other seems to stay at a fixed pressure then begins to fluctuate like the other icp pressure pid?? lmorris
Is it ICP desired? Been awhile since I had to hook up to a 7.3L but the newer powerstrokes have it. Pced shows PSI and volts only.

Bruce Amacker
I know what you're saying, I've seen it too but not on all 7.3s. I don't know what it is besides a glitch.
mchan68
I have been noticing this too for all these years on all 7.3L PIDs, but never actually read anything about it, or noticed anyone ever asking about it, up until I read this thread. So, if not even Bruce knows what its purpose is, no one else likely will.
joshbuys
I've always assumed it was desired and actual, but have never seen or heard anything definitive. Interesting....
GregH
One is buffered, the other is not.
Keith Browning
One is buffered, the other is not. Yeah, but which one? I prefer to use voltage but I do like to see PSI's as well and why make both avaialble?
