Aaron
When you tell someone your car isn't as quick as it really is can also be considered sandbagging. Thing just looks like a total heap, but in the underhood shot, you can see FOUR adjustable holley fuel pressure regulators - you don't need more than one, especially since it's a 'dry' kit

Matt Saunoras
God I wish I was still into cars like I used to be. Maybe someday I'll have a toy again.
Aaron
Picked up a low 11 second ride in the fall. Going to change the intake and camshaft this winter, should run 10.90's on pump gas, without beating it up too bad. 400 smallblock, TH-400, 3.90 rear gear, airflow research heads, pro-systems carb. It's got a 25 year old camshaft profile in it, which i suspect would be woke right up by merely swapping with my new modern grind.
mrbudge
"Dry system, it's fuel injected and the injectors add more fuel." So what is the big thing with the four holes in it on the top of the engine? Too bad I have lost interest in cars. My son is riding me to get my 1981 Mustang 428 SCJ on the road. Do I have to? YES...anything with that engine in it MUST be on the road. Or off the road, in the case of it sitting midship, under a Ranger body norrowed to fit just one person, sitting on an f250 frame with military axles under it. My old parts man's bogger back when I was a City Ford. Damn that was sweet. Wish I had pics..
