Every time I try and open the online PC/ED on FMCDEALER, it crashes internet explorer. I've tried updating, restarting, changing security settings, nothing seems to work.

Every time I click on it, it brings up engine type, you select diesel or gasoline and click OK and then it crashes.

I'm using IE8 on Windows Vista.

Any ideas guys?

Did your computer do any windows updates before this all started happening? I have heard that some windows updates conflict with INFORD and FMCdealer, and it takes Ford awhile to catch up. Maybe do a system restore if you have it turned on, or go into installed programs, there should be a place to click to show installed updates, and remove updates till it works for you.

I have constant problems with printing pages from wiring diagrams. I reboot and print a page and sometimes have to reboot to print the next page.

What is truly scarey is that so many Fords have the Word "Micro$oft" emblazoned on the dashboard.
