exmod110 Posted November 30, 2012 Share Posted November 30, 2012 GF's car, 3.0 V6 has a coolant leak from what I can best detect as the bypass tube O ring at the front head. Nearly impossible to get a real good look at the area without taking things apart. Will only leak sitting cold, block heater has not been plugged in so far, have pressure tested with out leaking so far. no dye added yet. Consulted with the guy's I used to work with at the dealer and they have not had any leaks in that area from the fusion's in the past. I went ahead and ordered the o ring for the bypass tube and will be getting into this tomorrow morning. Is there anything else I should be looking at while I'm in there? Only the front o ring is avail separately, the rear only comes as part of the tube itself @ $120.00.... Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
