Chase
Got a truck where a customer poured 2.5 gal of DEF in the FUEL tank while truck was still running. What kind of times is everyone getting for customer pay fuel system replacement per the fuel contamination aid?
Keith Browning
I wish I could remember and the last one I had the engine blew so it was more than just replacing the fuel system. Do understand that you have to replace EVERYTHING on the engine but don't forget to remove the fuel tank to rinse it out and dry it, replace the DFCM, replace the fuel cooler and the chassis lines can be rinsed out with water and blown dry
Brad Clayton
Jeezum Crow, I guess 6.4 water in fuel system/gasoline contamination issues was just a warm up to these friggin things.
jimmy57
Life is getting really tough for inattentive people and their insurance companies. I wish medical records were so hard to obtain. I'd be curious to see if coins up the nose as a child is common in the past of persons with wrong fluids poured in wrong places.
