lmorris
Are you south of the border dealerships having issues with OASIS and SLTS, or is it just us Canucks?
Keith Browning
THe entire Ford site sucks. But I honestly think it's our network at the dealership. At home the pages load in a snap.

Brad Clayton
It was a North America thing, Ford put a message on the front page of FMC apologizing for any inconveniences that were caused by some of the really bad connections and outages. Brad Clayton
Mar 18 2013 Hotline Prior ApprovalDue to recent system issues, we recognize that access to Prior Approval requests at times during the day may be limited. We want to avoid delays to Dealerships and customers when system issues occur. If you are unable to access the Technical Service Hotline to submit for Prior Approval based on a system issue, please do not delay the repair. Handle the customer per Warranty and Policy guidelines and complete the necessary repairs. When systems access is restored and the Prior Approval system becomes available, please submit for approval and select the 'Repair Already Completed' box on the form. Indicate within your comments the date the system was previously unavailable and we will provide an approval code for the repair. These requests will not count against your Dealership's one-time post repair approval exceptions. We apologize for the inconvenience experienced due to system related concerns and appreciate your continued patience as the issues are resolved. BrunoWilimek
From Protech: Mar 14 2013 PTS Stability Issues Although improved, we continue to experience overall stability issues with the Professional Technician Society (PTS) website; which is affecting access to OASIS, Technical Hotline, Prior Approval, etc. We continue to work around the clock with industry experts to determine the exact cause and subsequent correction of the stability issue(s). In the meantime, we’re taking interim actions to continuously improve system “up-time” while seeking a permanent solution .
