Keith Browning
Seems like we are starting to see front covers leaking oil? Just pulled one apart and the metal/rubber gasket was a little frail. I have seen a few oil cooler gaskets harden, flatten and leak too.
Mikill
For the past couple of years I have replaced a few front cover gaskets. Seen quite a few oil coolers leaking as well

lraffe1
I have seen a lot of oil coolers leaking, but only a few front covers.
Aaron
I've done a couple. They were GRAVY pay under warranty, espcially that "Remove the intake manifold" bit
DieselD
yep I have had lots of these in the past. Typically on the ambos with their idle time. The heat just bakes that gasket to death
leavnon3rd
ive done a ton here in nyc, the 6.0s that have super high idle hours tend to leak more then my other trucks that get beatn like a step child oddly enough. I get the front cover (kit) with lower pump and havent had one return after doing one. on that note i also am seeing almost as many 6.4 timing covers leak too.
