2005 6.0 cracked Branch tube (Tips?)

Hey guys. I got a 05 6.0 with a cracked branch tube today. I got the pump out. This is my first branch tube replacement. Was wondering if you good guys could give me some pointers/tips. or special tools? Any would be greatly appreciated.

Do you have access to Ford manuals. There really are no short cuts and the procedure is laid out nicely. It helps to have either long arms and fingers or a second set of eyes when putting the bolts back in down by the lifter holders. You do have to remove the rear cover. You will need the valve spring compressor tool that allows you to remove the rocker arms with out removing the head bolts.

I think if I had to do it again I would just pull the motor out and do it that way.

Rather than spend all that time with up/down, laying over top of the engine, etc. - I'd pull the engine, myself.

Here ya go! These things are rare to find. I think my shop has only seen TWO after all of these years. I have several pics but I don't think I have ever seen another pic anywhere.
