Keith Browning
Rotunda DEF test strips (part number 328-00012 or 328-44-863) to check for the presence of petroleum. Testing for petroleum contamination with these strips is critical to ensure a proper repair is made and to prevent repeat reductant system concerns. The Acustrip DEF Oil in Water Test Kit is used to determine if there has been contamination to the diesel exhaust fluid tank. Simply remove the DEF from the tank using a syringe prior to the strip being immersed and agitated. The presence of oil causes a change in the color of the strip. This product is also sold as the Acustrip DEF (44-863) Test Kit. It was formerly designated as part number 328-00012. Cost 100 / $80 USD
