sixturbosix Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 This may be a stupid question but I have never been ask this question and I have always done them correctly but I have a 6.4l that just had heasdgasket replacement by another tech and my question is will the gaskets only fit one way or can they be installed with the numbers down.I have never yried to put them on any other way but this question has been ask to me from my service manager and I like to have 100% correct answer to give. lmorris Posted January 21, 2015 Share Posted January 21, 2015 If they are installed numbers down the top row of bolt holes will not line up, so you can't complete the torque sequence.
