Odd oil leak at #8 exhaust port

I have 2010 e350 6.0 that has an small oil leak at #8 exhaust port. I removed the up pipes and inspected the manifold and found it dry. I ran the engine and found no smoke coming from either bank. Has anyone seen a leak like this, they are complaining about oil consumption but I can't find anything. Back side of turbo and egr cooler is dry as a bone as well. I don't know if that oil leak means anything, any thoughts?

Possible rocker box gasket?  I have seen those leak only on e-series.

I had a look at that and it is dry up top but wet on the bottom.

It could just be condensation mixing with the soot and looks like oil but isn't. I have seen a few like this. Most have loose exhaust manifold bolts when I see this.

It must be, I cleaned it up and will re inspect the truck later on. I am going to start an oil consumption test and see if this thing is really losing oil.
