EC3Z-9B246-A and FC3Z-9B246-A

Not sure if I was going to post this in the Parts section or the 6.7 Section but here it is anyways. If I'm not mistaken, both are high pressure fuel system kits for a 6.7 with the exception that the FC3Z prefix kit is for '15s while EC3Z is for '11 to '14s. Here's the kicker, according to the listing, the kit for '15s DOES NOT include injectors. What gives? Why would every other part in the fuel system be included if that was the intent, but exclude the injectors? Also, I just noticed the injectors and HPOP numbers are also different between '11 to '14 model years versus '15s. Anyone care to comment or add further information?

Apparently it takes more than a turbo and programming to add 40 hp and 80 ft/lbs.
