Gustavo
Finally got to work on one, came in for overheating. Pressure tested cooling system, Saw no external coolant leaks. Could see some coolant residue on the egr cooler clamp. Pressure did drop. I didn't follow the workshop manual for the removal procedure, it was telling me to remove the intake manifold and egr valve. Managed to get it out without removing them. Once I removed could see it was wet inside with coolant. Pressure tested egr cooler and failed It was somewhat of a PITA. Only has 17,000 miles.
