blackop555
05 f250 intermittently when hot vehcile will keep cranking and not start whennit does this engine sounds like it's bucking against the started shut key off and retry fires right up no codes at all. Customer replaced cam sensor. Usually happens after a good run shut off and try to restart quickly it happens and every start after engine bucks started but starts but sometimes has a very long bucking episode until I turn key off and retry. When this happens icp is food ipr cycle at 30 sync reads yes and fuck sync says no cam fault says no fuel desired reads during this time. I swapped in a known good pcm and fuck and it still does it. So random its hard to diag. Help

blackop555
Not recommended to overlay pcm to ficm?
lmorris
Harness What he said^^^^^^. You can overlay to test, but once the damage starts you can't stop it and you will have more issues down the road if you don't change it.
forddieseldoctor
Did you finger it out? I've seen an intermittent biased icp do some weird stuff on hot starts.
