leavnon3rd
Truck came in crank no start, long story short dpf was plugged and the back end was starting to melt. Typical codes for soot accumlation and pressure performance. Installed a new dpf and all new sensors, reset the scr and dpf functions but it still throws a code p2463 soot accumulation within a minute of running.Dpf pressure was .05 and within 3 minutes pf running is .30 and inferred load is 150%. And says drive to clean exhuast. Almost makes me think i got a dirty motor. Seems to run ok but i did notice i have 2 injectors with +.02-3 grams of fuel at idle. Any run into his?Side note trucks been black listed by ford. 40k miles and 8000 hours its on its 2nd possible third engine
lmorris
Have a look at the Mass Air Flow sensor. A dirty or faulty one can mess up DPF soot load.
