tonybullitt
Got this from hotline. Error Code 0x0 851082 means that there is a power or ground issue to the module being programmed. In this case, this means the FICM. It is advised to perform a Loaded Voltage Drop Test on all the power/ground circuits to the FICM to ensure that they can handle the necessary load for proper module operation. Since this concern is related to the FICM, ensure that the dedicated CAN circuits between the PCM and FICM are checked for shorts, opens, and high resistance. These circuits can be found in Wiring Diagram 26-
KDS
Does it have a programmer? I have had an issue programming a new FICM, Kept getting the error message. Found the programmer cable tied in at the PCM. I unplugged it, and it programmed fine.
