JoeR
Any idea what this is? It was holding the pressure relief valve open on the low pressure oil pump. I drained the oil and didn't find any more pieces. It runs good, but I'm worried about going too far in it. Joe
tonybullitt
That's part of an injector d ring retaining washer. If u have ever done an aftermarket injector seal kit with top injector seal u have messed with them before. It's probably from an injector that's long been replaced. DieselD
been there done that. Those little clips make it into all kinds of odd places! Most common for me has been the oil pump killing the gears and scoring the front cover.
