2020 6.7 with coolant in oil!

Look what I have the pleasure of dealing with.....a 2020 in on the hook. Primary cooling system empty. I've put over 30 litres in and attempted a pressure test. With the oil dipstick removed, I have coolant exiting the dipstick tube. Anyone seen anything remotely similar to this? Unit has only 420 kms (261 miles) on the clock.

Pretty sure it will be getting an engine under the low time is service bulletin. There are completes available in memphis. They are drastically cheaper than a long block and turbo.... I just sold one to a fleet customer, 2020 rental, first oil change by the driver, double gasketed the oil filter and ran her empty.
