no crank with u codes in memory

Had a 08' f350 today towed in.Customer said truck would not crank and tried several times.Truck only has 356 miles.got in truck and cranked right up no problems.Brought in shop and hooked up ids.Got u100 codes for ic,ecm and achm modules.contacted hotline,but they have not seen this concern.Advised to check connections at modules and try to re-create problem.Has anyone seen an issue of this sort?Since truck cranked and ran everytime we returned it to customer.

we had one but i did not work on it so I am not sure of the out come,I think that he found the drive seat module had a bad conection like the conector not seated all the way,I will ask him in the AM
