Keith Browning
A really nice PDF document from International landed in my mailbox. This is awesome. An 8Mb PDF titled Clearing The Air that contains info on ULSD fuel, emissions regulations, after treatment, MaxxForce Engines and engine production. ErickBaker
Good information. Why doesn't Ford put out clear information like this? And is the MaxxForce 7 going to be the same as our new 6.4L?
Keith Browning
If you zoom in you will notice that the picture for the MaxxForce7 is the 6.0L. I guess International isn't done with development either. Going by nothing else than what we have seen in the past I am sure that the Power Stroke and The MaxxForce7 will have different numbers. I'm already tired of typing "MaxxForce" - I think I'll start calling it "the 7." As for Ford and what they do, I stopped asking a long time ago. gasgasman
With Bill Ford on the "bench", things may change.
ErickBaker
We can only hope. Maybe we'll begin seeing an awesome new product line that will turn the company around. I'm not sure but I think I remember reading somewhere that the new CEO was the guy that turned around Boeing.
gasgasman
Not trying to stray off the original topic. But, Ford's last innovative product was the 1991 Explorer. They have been playing follow the leader ever since.
