Dave Alex contacted me and advised me of your situation. I used to be your regional service manager for Azure. There is only one way to get the software into the PCM, and that will require shipping me the PCM for reprogramming. After I'm done with it, it should be plug and play, you will only need to mate it to the cluster. I'll try and give you a call later today.
