  1. 2014 Escape 1.6L 300k replaced what appeared to be the original timing belt, these tools worked great. Also repaired multiple oil leaks, new valve cover(PCV system problem),resealed HPFP & vacuum pump brackets. Massive Absolute Timing Tool Set 4pc Sigma Ford MASSIVESPEEDSYSTEM.COM PRO+ 4 Piece kit is designed specifically for the turbocharged Sigma engine family. Comes with Sprocket locker AND crank...
  2. I have used various cleaning tools but gun bore brushes seem to work well. What about using tap and adjustable holder to get the copper washer out?
  3. PCM would not be high on my list. I would be inspecting the fuel system for contamination or testing the remaining injectors with an isolation meter.
  4. Leon, I am assuming you also cleaned the passage in the cylinder head...See 19-NA-021. Also the 2011 should have extended coverage to 120k. I check the crankcase H2O psi when I do a LOF on these.
  5. I wear them whenever necessary. Mostly Howard Leight Impart Sport, they also work for a microphone when trying to find certain noises.
  6. I agree with Zach. The only other thing that I can think of is to find a like truck and see what that EGRTA reads.
  7. Do you remember when doing the PCM update if it asked if it is for a pickup or cab chassis? Sorry I had the sensors mixed up. Look up C1448 in the wiring diagram. Does the EGR Temp 1 sensor show up in the Pid data. My research shows that EGRTA has a baseline of 392° Was the reset/clear function performed after the new Nox?
  8. EGRT11 should be in the flex pipe coming of of the EGR cooler. FYI..Truck has several FSA open including 21N01 which pertains to the P2201, I would suggest starting there.
  9. I have not cut open a FL-2124-S but here is a youtube video. Couple differences I noticed are anti-drain back valve seems to be slightly different material and the filter is 35-40 grams heavier.
  10. Here is my most recent charging/battery service cart and Pro-Logix PL6800. The storage compartment has room for all my battery testers, jump pack and DSR 109.
  11. In the past I have found Fluke customer service to be very helpful. I have a Fluke 87v,I would not want to do without the fast sample rate the Min/Max offers.
  12. Just in case anyone is interested in the part numbers for F-150 body plugs to replace Ford's tape. Pictured is a 2014 After more hours the I will admit... (16) N802981S (2) 377977S (2) 383181S (2) 385622S (2) 389114S(This hole is rectangular...Round plug in a square hole ) I also sprayed cavity wax inside the rocker panel. I hope to have a update on this in a year.
