I have used various cleaning tools but gun bore brushes seem to work well. What about using tap and adjustable holder to get the copper washer out?

p1206 , replaced injector and overlayed harness
8WA Sman replied to Dane M's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
PCM would not be high on my list. I would be inspecting the fuel system for contamination or testing the remaining injectors with an isolation meter. -
Leon, I am assuming you also cleaned the passage in the cylinder head...See 19-NA-021. Also the 2011 should have extended coverage to 120k. I check the crankcase H2O psi when I do a LOF on these.

I wear them whenever necessary. Mostly Howard Leight Impart Sport, they also work for a microphone when trying to find certain noises.

P2201 - (2) EGRT sensors? -40F?
8WA Sman replied to billbled's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
I agree with Zach. The only other thing that I can think of is to find a like truck and see what that EGRTA reads. -
P2201 - (2) EGRT sensors? -40F?

Does EGRTA still read -40°? -
P2201 - (2) EGRT sensors? -40F?
8WA Sman replied to billbled's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
Do you remember when doing the PCM update if it asked if it is for a pickup or cab chassis? Sorry I had the sensors mixed up. Look up C1448 in the wiring diagram. Does the EGR Temp 1 sensor show up in the Pid data. My research shows that EGRTA has a baseline of 392° Was the reset/clear function performed after the new Nox? -
P2201 - (2) EGRT sensors? -40F?
8WA Sman replied to billbled's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
EGRT11 should be in the flex pipe coming of of the EGR cooler. FYI..Truck has several FSA open including 21N01 which pertains to the P2201, I would suggest starting there. -
I have not cut open a FL-2124-S but here is a youtube video. Couple differences I noticed are anti-drain back valve seems to be slightly different material and the filter is 35-40 grams heavier.

Module Reprograming Battery Chargers
8WA Sman replied to forddieseldoctor's topic in Tools, Computers and the Internet
Here is my most recent charging/battery service cart and Pro-Logix PL6800. The storage compartment has room for all my battery testers, jump pack and DSR 109. -
In the past I have found Fluke customer service to be very helpful. I have a Fluke 87v,I would not want to do without the fast sample rate the Min/Max offers.

Just in case anyone is interested in the part numbers for F-150 body plugs to replace Ford's tape. Pictured is a 2014 After more hours the I will admit... (16) N802981S (2) 377977S (2) 383181S (2) 385622S (2) 389114S(This hole is rectangular...Round plug in a square hole ) I also sprayed cavity wax inside the rocker panel. I hope to have a update on this in a year.

08' E-Series bus No crank, cluster dead, windows inop. Even though the wiring diagram has multiple errors I traced it down to broken splice 221(Behind the dash) If was down for 6 weeks, the multiple shops the looked at it didn't have the "Dealer Diagnostics" so it ended up at my shop....Now that the wire is repaired I am going to hook up IDS for the first time just to do a post scan, clear the DTC's and perform drive cycle.

Not sure I follow..Isn't the lock cylinder just a mechanical device? This vehicle should also have a manual relearn procedure.

ACDelco TDS WWW.ACDELCOTDS.COM MDI 2 Is the interface. I don't run my GM and Ford software on the same partition, some people that I know of do. I really recommend taking some kind of training, in my opinion it's really nothing like Ford. Module damage during programming or update Is not uncommon especially on older GM products for people that aren't familiar.

2018 6.7L Low front NOx reading. P20EE
8WA Sman replied to JoeR's topic in 6.7L Power Stroke® Diesel Engines
JoeR, The NOx mirroring may have been more obvious if the Min/Max on the the pid graphs are set the same. Keith, Those PTS videos are worth watching.IMO -

I will take a stab at the difference. Looking at the PC/ED & OBDII my understanding of the info is that the P20EE is a 1 minute monitor ran 1 once per ignition cycle vs the P207F is continuous generally detected within 1 hour . The P20EE is most likely an obvious or raw data type failure where the P207F is based calculated data. eg. long & short term Nox efficiency
