    Has anyone done the latest 6.0 Power Stroke PCM reflash? The injectors cycle for 30 seconds after engine shut off. It prevents the injectors from sticking after the vehicle sets overnight. Ford has a flier you can print out for the customer, so they don't think something is wrong.

    Today I had to get a price on a catalytic converter for a Contour. The parts man asked me if the EGR fitting was male or female. I told him to be "politically correct", I could not give him an answer. So I guess we'll have to come up with another definition for a male/female fitting.

    That number is not unrealistic. Look around your dealership.I'm sure they can cut at least 10 people that don't do anything. Take that times 3,000 dealerships. See?

    Not trying to stray off the original topic. But, Ford's last innovative product was the 1991 Explorer. They have been playing follow the leader ever since.

    Check the EEC wiring harness for shorts on the A/C accumulator. I have seen 100s of these.
