I have to agree with Kieth, there have been many Calibration updates . But none will detune the turbo. The F250 should pull 25 to 29 Ibs of boost. If it can not there is a problem. EBP is main input for fueling and Turbo boost feed back, therefore pay particular attention to this sensor. if there are any leaks in the exhaut before the Turbo or charge aircooler or EGR Leals ,Boost is comprimised.
