  1. Were trying to fix it but we need to know if there is anything different about it being that it is D.S.O. and we keep getting the run around.
  2. I knew there was a reason why I like all you guy's, the perfect answer every time. Thanks!!
  3. Alright here's a good one. We just ordered and installed a reman 4R70W for a E250 from Reviva. It's defective (what exactly I don't know yet) it's a D.S.O. special option (Ryder spec). We called Ford tech line and were informed we have to contact Reviva of which they told us to contact Ford. I love how were just pawns in this big game of parts and service. We just want to know if we need different parts being it's D.S.O. but the powers to be don't want to help. Anybody have any tips or suggestions?
  4. Yep those ones don't come with them but the F7TZ12B533CA does and it's the same part.
  5. They come on the F7TZ12B533CA I'm looking at one right now, it's got the harness,2 small nuts and the 2 large nuts with the washers. You're not looking for the nuts to mount this thing are you?
  6. We keep both in stock as well just for the reason of somebody needing the adapter harness. I just haven't thought about getting the harness seperately I just sell the relay.
  7. Wait a second... Correct me if I'm wrong but isn't acetone the primary ingredient in nail polish remover of which nail polish is almost like car paint? Seems to me that if they do put that in bio or any other fuel that we are going to see a bunch of meltdowns.
  8. First off Bravo to the "webmaster". Now just a heads up to anybody that has not seen this before. The fuel supply line from the lift pump to the injection pump shows a callout of "9324" we all know that this is for bulk line but these actually are good #'s. It comes with the fittings and the plastic lock clips. If anybody needs help just send me a massage and I'll be glad to help any way I can.
  9. You're very welcome. I believe that the way things are going with more and more things changing it just makes all of our lives a easier if we can share info with each other.
  10. I don't know if it's a GM part or not. I'm going in the direction of the sensor manufacturer " Siemens " I'm hoping to here back from the tech dept. today.
  11. I don't know if this will help. I just pulled a 12B637 harness out and on the hard shell connector it has a partial # on it 1928403... It appears that they left the last 3 digits off on purpose. I'm going to do some more digging and see if I can find something more. Stay tuned
  12. Had one today, We have a trainee working with a senior tech. The trainee was buttoning up a injector swap out on a 444, started the truck up and was smoking the shop out. The senior tech was checking out what had happened turns out the trainee didn't tighten down the injectors. I guess we all have these kind of days once in a while.
  13. I had posted this info a few weeks ago. Summit motor products 827 Ridgewood ave North Brunswick, NJ 08902 800-275-1043 Old style 5 pin part # 10604 about $11.00 New style 9 pin part # 10631 about $20.00
  14. Back in the summer when I had sent Keith the picture of the F series that he posted on the old Front page. I had spoken with the drivers from Livernois engineering. Per our discussion they had said that they have a few already outfitted with the 6.4. The way they descibed the van it will have a extended nose almost like the Chevy vans. No time frame as to when we might see these out on the road.
  15. Sorry about that 1st post, Had brain fade or a blond moment and a lack of common sense. I see everything you've said and I know better. We are having the customer come in for a good inspection of both his trucks. Thanks for the wake up call.
  16. Keith, Do you think I should be seeing other orings and seals failing or should I be pretty safe if they change fuels?
  17. I have had 2 idi's in the last month with fuel return lines on the injectors leaking. Customer has been using bio in it. The hoses have turned into mush. Has anybody else seen this?
  18. Is there a possibility that your customer could have steamed the engine compartment? You didn't say anything about the intake tube clamps were they all tight?
  19. I think that this would be a good idea. Anything we can do to make all of our tough jobs a little easier would make the days around here a little more tolerable. Let's face it we don't all get the same info at the same time.
  20. Update on connectors, Just got in some and they fit perfect and have the correct color coded wires. We will all start saving some customers money that been a long time coming for these fixes. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif
  21. Keith, oops I'm sorry I forgot to tell you that you should be able to order the master set from McGard. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/drinkingdude.gif
  22. Keith I believe that you need to call McGard @ 1-800-444-5847 with the key code for a replacement key. The base # is 1A380 and is not serviced by Ford.
  23. Hey all I finally found a source for the harness side 9 pin pass thru connector. Some of you may use this company already. Summit motor products 800-275-1043 Pass thru part # 10631 approx $20.00 /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/cheers.gif
