  1. I didn't "replace" that branch tube, My parts Dept has one branch tube in stock with 36+ months of no sales.... I do fully intend to use it one day if I ever need it.
  2. I almost replaced on once... My first ever STC fitting was a 6.0L F-650 And I ordered a tube because the TSB said if its bent replace it.. then I started to look at what was involved and said fuck this and just bent it back.
  3. I think I got one around Bruce I'll look tomorow. If I do I'll throw it in one of those USPS flat rate boxes and mail it to ya.
  4. From what I'm told, I should be surprised that you mountian men own or know how to use a pry bar,I figured you would just beat it out with a rock.
  5. I know this post has been here a while but I'm just getting around to adding my . Instead of the two foot pry bar like brad shows. I use a smaller bar it make a nice fulcrum to pry the cover straight up. BTW the same bar make a great 6.0L EGR valve remover. I'll get pics of that asap.
  6. OK I have an ICP sensor leaking on my personal truck. It's a 2003 so it has the ICP in the back. My question is , is there any difference in the sensor other than the 04+ looks different. I have never seen a 04+ leaking oil out of the connector or blown apart like countless early style sensors. can I use the later style?
  7. My condolences Larry. Today July 8 isn't a good day in my house either, as it marks the day my wife lost her Mom 18 years ago. She has been without her mom for 1/2 of her life of 36 years so it's been a disturbing milestone today.
  8. What should we call a Good ole' boy that moves to the north??? Somebody told me this not so long ago......I think it was "big dumb redneck hillbilly mountain men"
  9. I got a set of new ones I can sacrifice.I scared up a head gasket set for my truck if I need them but I'll do studs if I ever take the heads off again. Brad buddy, don't take this the wrong way pal but the LAST thing I want from you is more of your fucking hand me downs.
  10. I got the wife a DELL Vostro A860 laptop for Christmas. It's got duo core 1.6 ghz 160gb hard drive DVD/CD burner 15.6 HD wide screen, it came with 2gb of ram but I added 2 gb more(ebay 4gb=$40). It had VISTA home basic but the Greatest thing about Dells is if you have a OEM dell windows XP restore disc is you can install a fresh clean and LEGIT copy of XP on any dell computer no matter what OS it has or had on it. I currently have 4 dells one desktop and three laptops only one had XP on it originally all have XP pro now. right now it's $459 it was $429 at Christmas time for $99 more you can just order it with XP http://www.dell.com/us/en/business/noteb...s=bsd&cs=04

  19. I want to put this on it's own so I don't send that other topic off course. Quote: TORONTO - Beer maker Molson is turning off the tap and cutting off the supply of free suds to its retirees, the Toronto Star reported on Tuesday. Molson, a division of Molson Coors, said it was looking to "standardize" its complimentary beer policy. There are 2,400 Molson retirees in Canada and their free beer costs the company about C$1 million ($900,000) a year, the Star said. Molson retirees in the province of Newfoundland will see their monthly allotment of beer fall from six dozen a month to zero over the next five years. Current workers will see their allotment drop from 72 dozen bottles a year to 52 dozen. "There was no consultation, we just received a letter that this is a done deal, which is totally unfair," Bill Bavis, who retired six years ago after 32 years at Molson's in St. John's, Newfoundland, told the Star. "I think with the economic downturn they're trying to take advantage of us, as a way to cut retirees' benefits and justify it." Unions have launched grievances in Montreal and Vancouver, where the allotment is less. A spokesman for Molson said the company feels it still has a very generous benefits package.
  20. The ARP molly lube that comes with a set of head studs works great. I try to save any extra I get ahold of to use when torquing head bolts.
