Well, not to break your balls, but, just because it has new filters and a new fuel pump you should not assume that fuel pressure is good. I have seen a few of these trucks over the years, new pump, new filters and so on... only to find the pick up screen or the relief valve missing from the pick-up and the engine sucking air... or the screens in the DTRM in the pickup clogged pulling fuel pressure down...
Get my point? I am not suggesting dropping the tank at this point, but for the amount of time it takes to connect a fuel pressure gage you can confirm pressure is good and elininate that from the scenario and possible prevent yourself from chasing your tail for no good reason.
