    YOU GUYS SEE ANY ISSUES WITH THICK BLACK SMOKE AT INITIAL ACCELERATION,RUNS GREAT,LOTS OF POWER.NO DTC'S AND PASSES HIGH PRESSURE FUEL TEST,POWERBALANCE LOOKS SMOOTH. SEEMED TO HAPPEN AFTYER FUEL FILTER CHANGE AND NEVER WENT AWAY SINCE 150 MILES. USED MOTORCRAP FUEL FILTER. HAS 7450 MILES.THANKS GUYS

    HAD A BIG NUMBER OF TRUCKS COMING IN WITH ALL 8 INJECTOR CODES. TURNED OUT TO BE LOW FUEL LEVEL AND WITH LOW FUEL LAMP ILLUMINATED. DEFAULTS TO DERATE WITH LOW FUEL LEVEL.

    last week went through 6 different 2006 trucks all failed condensers. teir failing at the connection point seam.

    WE HAD A GUY THAT LIKED TO CUT BOLTS OFF WITH A TORCH AND ASK THE NEW GUYS TO "CAN YOU HOLD THIS FOR ME"

    i had the same exact thing happen. was a loose injector that caused the issue.matter of fact i believe all of them were loose on one bank but one was leaking fuel into the cylider. oasis proved a job before was injectors replaced. tech didnt torque them correctly. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/boink3.gif

    YEAH I HAVE THE USB VERSION, EXCEPT ONE THING MD TRUCK DOESN"T OFFER ANYTHING EXCEPT COM1 CONNECTION IN COM SETTINGS.KEITH DID YOU ACTUALLY USE IT WITH THE USB PORT?

    YUP, HAD 4 2005 F450'S AND 550'S LAST 2 WEEKS ALONE. LOW POWER SMOKE, ETC.NO WATER IN TANK ON THESE BUT WHAT A MESS WITH THE DELAM MATERIAL.

    i see it everyday! gets worse when you work on more than one brand. The top of the line manufacturers systematically plan where their going to splice into a harness and the others kill ya

    I HAD A 2004 F450 DO THAT EXACT SAME CONCERN. COOLED AND IT RAN NO PROBLEM.WE HAD A CRACK ON THE BRANCH TUBE RIGHT AT THE SOLDIER JOINT THEY MADE ON THE HPP SIDE OF THE TUBE./forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/boink3.gif

    WE HAVE BEEN HAVING A HELL OF ALLOT OF FAILING BATTERIES LATELY.WHEN YOU SAY NO PARASITIC DRAW, USUALLY THESE HAS TO BE SOMETHING DRAWING EITHER A RECHARGABLE FLASHLAMP,ETC. AT LEAST ALL THE EMERGENCY VEHICLES WE HAVE SEEN.kEITH IS RIGHT CHECK THOSE MOTORCRAPS. SHINY AND CLEAN DOESN'T MEAN ANYTHING TODAY.

    i had one that did the same exact thing. was slight inlet pump restriction.took a bit of driving to get it to act up, as a matter of fact just about enough time to get it warm.

    any you guys been seeing f series trucks with 6.0 litres severly low on coolant and no external leaks,no exaust smoke,etc. truck runs great.

    yup got one here too. we had to hire a "battery boy" because issues with trucks that have 4 batteries it takes 2 hours to test the batteries. oh first one worked 1 time and they had to ship it back for replacement /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hitthefan.gif
