  1. this has been a touchy issue around here. when ever cutting rotors with the procut truck doesn't stop! often for a while. procut rep mentioned cleaning rotors, what you guys doing to resolve the "ice skating effect"

  5. we had an abs lampilluminated and spedo slightly "trembling" at idle. just happend the owner complained about the rough running engine.during powerbalance showed cylinder 3. replaced coil and abs concern resolved. imagine that
  6. I had the same exact thing happen on a F450. Ran air pressure test for 1 hour on truck and ended up being the shaft seal on the HP pump leaking. Truck ran and had performance. No obvious icp,ipr deviations. What made me look into HP leak was 1 single time after sitting 2 days truck had delayed start. Still wouldn't set a dtc. Customer complaint was exactly the same.
  7. Wha"s the most common oil leaks(external)that you guys have been seeing? And have any of them yeilded front cover replacements.
  8. worked for us, start md fleet and use nets function. cable useage sucks.
  9. i have had numerous cylinder 1 injector failures.i have "heard" its due to not following proper programming procedure by removing ficm relay.Aparently cylinder 1 injector holds closed for duration of programming burning out coils. i find 50% of failed injectors #1 on my end. anybody able to confirm this????
  10. ifound more damage to pipe by improper servicing of r&r turbocharger by other techs prying against the pipe when instlling the turbo.i use the smoke machine tapped into the ebp sensor to test the exaust for leaks,works great for me. hope that helps
  11. FOUND ISSUE WITH E SERIES AMBULANCES WITH A KOER DROPOUT AND P1502-PTO ENABLED DTC ACTIVE. AMBULANCE MANUFACTURERS HAVE BEEN ACTIVATING THE PTO CONTROL BY CONNECTING THE SYSTEM DIRECTLY TO IGNITION SOURCE AT CUSTOMER ACCESS WIRING JUST LEFT OF DEGAS BOTTLE.WHAT I HAVE INSTALLED IS A SWITCHING RELAY THAT SWITCHES CLOSED(PTO ENABLED) WHEN IN PARK ONLY. I FOUND THIS RELAY TO IMPROVE SHIFT FEEL ALSO. A QUICK DISCONNECT WAS ALSO INSTALLED JUST FOR KOER CANCELING OF PTO FUNCTION. I CAN EMAIL DIAGRAM AND PICTURES OF CONNECTIONS IF ANYBODY NEEDS THEM.

  13. seems to be who you get on the phone. i found it easier to have the parts department order it. worked flawless for me.
