  1. ebp on left manifold. doc in pipe just before the ebp sensor. doc in pipe directly above hp pump.
  2. that sounds like the new york version "the brains fried in the s@#t box.
  3. ANYBODY RUN INTO THIS YET? 08 6.4 KEEPS MELTING THE EBP SENSOR DURING A REGEN.MELTS THE CONNECTOR AND DESTROYED THE BITCH ON THE SECOND SENSOR I REPLACED PENETRATING TO THE PINS,JUST LIKE BEING TOO CLOSE TO A HEAT SOURCE. WELL ENDED UP BEING A FAILED DOC IN THE PIPE BEHIND THE TURBO. SOB SOMEHOW WAS LETTING THE OUTLET TEMP FROM THAT DOC GET SOO HOT IT LITERALLY SENT BIG TIME HEAT UP THE EBP SENSING TUBE AND MELTED THE EBP SENSOR.NO WAY TO REALLY DIAG IT BECAUSE THE HEATED EXAUST ENTERS THE HORIZONTAL EGR COOLER RIGHT AFTER THE EBP SENSOR AND DROPS THE TEMP. JUST A HEADS UP. BEEN ON THE ROAD FOR A MONTH ALREADY. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/flamethrower.gif PS ALITTLE LATE BUT THANKS FOR MY BOZO BUTTON LARRY!,HAHAHA
  4. ours was too busy buying pigs for 3000 per hour! god bless im!. too rich for my blood. Hey Keith didn't jersey have a "special" mayor? Think he liked man exaust if i remember right. Sorry for being off track. Your right cheating on paperwork is a no-no, and cannot be done.Only problem i think is what if it comes from upstairs? you know the special relative of the boss. anybody want to go on unemployeement in these times of trouble? Thank God its not here. Theres a heavy policy that we just dont want to jeoperdise our business for you!
  5. yup true Keith! wonder if FMC gave then the choise of pressing charges or lose franchise.
  6. ALL SERIOUSNESS,THOUGHT A BAD HEAD WOULD DO THE OPPOSITE AND OVER PRESSURE3 THE COOLING SYSTEM. DID YOU CHECK THE COOLANT CAP?
  7. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hitthefan.gif OUCH.WELL IMAGINE HOW MUCH WAS STOLEN FROM THEM THAT THEY DIDN'T FIND! I WONDER IF FORD WAS NOTIFIED? OH BOY,GOOD BUY LUCIE!
  8. Thats why the guys in warranty get paid the big bucks. A bad word but sad to be true but were all being micro managed. The cost of staying in operation is sky-rocketing and ofcoarse employee pay isn't. What do you do? lay-off employees or move to another state? Didn't figure it out yet. This field is dying and by all means needs "fresh" blood. Would of never thought of some of the dealers that closed the doors would ever do so. Not sure about you guys in other states, but 4 hospitals closed here due to chapter 11, and more to close within the next few years. the word is doomed. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/crybaby2.gif
  9. oiiiveyy, built in mexico! here cone the tight tie-wraps and harnesses 1 inch too short. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/banghead.gif

  12. LETS INVITE HIM TO THE USA! /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/boink3.gif
  13. SOUNDS LIKE THE ENGINEERS DONT EVEN KNOW. ARENT YOU SUPPOSED TO REPLACE ALL THOSE LINES NOW THAT THEIR DISTURBED? TELL YOU WHAT YOU HEAVY TRUCK TECHS CAN RELATE TO THIS. THE 07 ISX HAS AN AFTER TREATMENT INJECTOR AFTER THE TURBOCHARGER OUTLET. IT FIRES INTO THE EXAUST NOT THE CYLINDERS LIKE OUT 6.4 SAUDI ARABIA SUPPORTER. WHY THE HECK DIDNT THEY GO THAT ROUTE? THAT WOULD BE THE END OF THEIR THEORY OF "REGEN OIL GROWING". SEEMS A LITTLE DIFFICULT TO EXPLAIN TO AN OWNER WHO SPENT OVER 50,000 CLAMS.
  14. YUP HE'S RIGHT. HAD ONE HERE LAST WEEK. SERVICE/LUBE BAY TECH CAME UP TO THE DESK WITH THOSE EXACT PARTS IN HIS HAND. WAS CHEAPER AND FASTER TO REPLACE THE WHOLE HFCM. BELIEVE IT WAS A 9G282.
  15. FROM WHAT I WAS TOLD YES. THATS WHY THEY SUGGEST A ROADTEST.
  16. knew international f'd up installing them tip down! why didn't they just install them up from the beginning, sorry dude had to. same issue here more than one truck at least 10 quarts over with fuel. hotline told me to slam a pump on 2 of them too. just waiting for them to come back again running like crap. one thing i did notice is when they run like crap only cylinder 1 has a rear high short-term fuel reading. all the rest normal. hotline was concerned about the short term high. long story short over filled crankcase. not sure they know yet.
  17. WIERD. I HAD ONE THAT ACTUALLY WAS HIGH ENOUGH TO ALLOW THE CRANKSHAFT TO SLOSH IN THE OIL CAUSING A HERENDOUS VIBRATION. EVERY ONE I SEE HAS BEEN AT LEAST OVER BY 5 QUARTS.
  18. I KNOW ABOUT THE TSB AND THE PROCEDURES,BUT WHATS HAPPENING OUT BY YOU GUYS? HAS ANYBODY ACTUALLY PUT THEIR HAND ON THE CAUSE OF THE CLIMBING OIL LEVELS?
  19. ANY OF YOU GUYS RUN ACROSS A GOOD SOCKET FOR THE FRONT CRANKSHAFT BOLTS ON A 6.4? THE BOLT HEADS ARE SHALLOW AND SHOULD HAVE A WARNING SIGN FOR "POTENTIAL KNUCKLE BUSTING HERE". POSSIBLY A SOCKET WITH A SKIRT ON THE END???.
  20. oh boy. I see some guys having issues. Especially the 2 left handed guys. Only good thing is youll have more space on the shelf now, And it conveniently fits in the glove compartment.
  21. "security" at its best, hhaha. I was kinda surprised too. I have been using it for years. Saves some time when you dont want to log into FMC. I believe thats about all that you can get into without logging into FMC. /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/hahaha.gif /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/ford.gif
