Does it work.....omg does it work...cleans out the whole system like u just put in new parts. We charge $400 i think for it. We wont sell them because we need to find the cause of the coking. Just doing the service should only last 6months if the coking doesnt get taken care of it. I argued with the Head BG guy, about needing to find out the cause of the coking before just performing the service.... Then he told me "this is what causes coking and this is how our product fixes it" bullcrap.

What about fuel pressure....i've fixed gobs of them with just fuel filters and they had wicked lack of power with boost showing 22+ CHECK FUEL PRESSURE !!!!!! DTC's? like a 132b? thats the year with the VGT learn stuff

I think head studs will fix the problems. Its like the 5.0L mustang... plethora of aftermarket parts to make it faster...but Ford gives us the platform to build on and make it better. If the customer wants more engineering and stamina...head studs are were its at. Ford has its reason's for doing things...lets not forget that. They have boatloads of laws/costs/efficiencies/time to deal with. We get the aftermath.

trust ure instincts. Personally that test is retarded in my opinion. If that was a valid test then at least hotline would back it up.

meh.....my first one was an ambulance....got a hella lot of m-time. The other one i was doing an engine harness in, and noticed milky stuff in the upper radiator hose...so i swapped it out. DUAL ALTERNATORS SUCK!!!! If its a work van /forums/images/%%GRAEMLIN_URL%%/thumbup.gif easy....if its got all those stupid coolant hoses and a/c line for rear air...then it gets a little harder IMHO. Day and a half if you take ure time and make sure ure doing it right.

Ok, can someone please explain to me the procedure on testing the oil cooler on vehicle with the RADKIT? I tried it and, maybe im overlooking, or not doing something right but, i cant get a vacuum on the cooler with no coolant in the cooler (blew it out with air). I'm not understanding how we are pulling vacuum on the rear oil cooler port with an open cooling system ( egr cooler replacement) Someone has to have gotten it to work?
