  1. Got a 97 f350 135,000 miles. Been cared for. Was towed in for no start, glow plug relay bad, replaced the glow plug relay and 2 new batteries. Will crank with slow to build icp at least 5 seconds of cranking after it sits for a while if try to start again right away will start right up. Leave it 15 min or so and the same thing. I have tried blocking the heads and don't have the tool for the left head icp adapter. Blocking the right head seems to start ok little quicker. Removed the ipr to inspect the o-rings ok. No oil in the fuel filter housing. How do I determine if its an icp? ipr? or hp oil system problem?
  2. Got 313,000 on my personal with some good mods.
  3. Thanks for the heads up, I did locktite the nut and went to remove the valve, 87,000 in this one. Pulled the threads off the end of the tool, valve would not move.
  4. Trying to remove egr valve and the nut on the bottom of the tool that contacts the top of the egr keep unthreading as I try to remove the valve. How to prevent or what to do?
  5. Thanks for the info, that banjo bolt idea is great.
  6. Have an oil leak that seems to be coming from head gasket corners? Have added dye, run, cleaned off run again looks like head gasket corners? Replaced glow plug harnesses both and hot side cac hose, both leaking. Can't get a real good dye trace from anywhere else. Any one seen head gaskets leak oil here externally?
  7. How are you guys checking fuel pressure on these vehicles? At the filter housing, the harness is right there? Or at the rear head the y pipe in the way?
  8. Any tricks for getting oil and EGR coolers on E450? I always seem to come up short. Warranty time is 8.2 for the coolers and 2.2 for all the extra coolant tests. How long is this job taking others out there.
  9. Tried it today, was pretty sceptical but less than 15 seconds later PING wow thats crazy. Would have never believed it.
  10. I have 295,000 on my 2000 f250 7.3. Runs great basicly uses no oil.
