  1. I remember that too. Using the incorrect filler jug will overfill the system and cause the filler neck to freeze since there's no heater in it. It has been a while since i saw that message though.
  2. Customer had just put a HFCM On it for no start, so lord only knows how long it ran at 0 psi for. Lol
  3. Little copper spray a gasket and re use the old one.
  4. Hulk smash moment Keith? I have used the tie wraps with the built in eyelet for this. Also the insulated wire harness loops as well.
  5. Complaint was low power at high rpm. Nothing mentioned about no hot restart or dead miss on # 2
  6. I should have stayed in fuckin bed today. Alright. So we have an ambulance that is over full on oil that isn't. This is the one I just replaced he engine in at Jasper's instruction and got a frantic phone call that it was fillin the crank case with fuel and accelerating on its own. Keep in mind this was a complete drop in so it would be another jasper fuckup. Oh - what we meant was It surges at part throttle. Which it cannot duplicate. Next project. 07 3500 Chevy. check brakes. Check for broken leaf springs. No broke springs. Brakes good. Oh - what we meant was it's close to an annual inspection. IT IS DUE IN MAY. next. 04 duramax truck. Overfill on oil. Accelerating on its own then dies. Diagnosed by mobile mechanic who put thermostats in it to fix an overheat issue. Oh - what we meant was it shuts down because the LOW COOLANT alarm goes off. Because the wiring is caught in the fan. What. In the fuck. Happened today. It's not a full moon, but most of this shit was towed in on Thursday when it was a full moon.
  7. I have an 18k at work and just did a provincial inspection on a 550 with a flatbed/dump. I was also hesitant to lift it more than necessary to get the wheels off. Seems a little spooky to me.
  8. Higher output at constant IPR You could sell it to some of the forum weenies as an upgraded 03 pump for 03 only - for an additional 600 bucks. Kind of like the "Spartan TCM" for the 2008 trucks.
  9. Call hotline they will walk you through a "blank path program" forcing programming using the tear tag. Double click the vin on OASIS in the top left corner and it will open up a window and the tear tag will be listed there. Easier than yanking out the PCM.
  10. Good to know, we were going to put the pto sense on my buddy's pickup with a ZF just for warmup, I guess we will have to swing by radio shack first.
  11. Verified boost with known good manual gauge? What chassis?
  12. Just pull them, blow em out with compressed air and return to service. Good for another 100,000.
  13. B-Rad had a pretty good post on here about building a 6.7 from a shopping cart full of parts because there wasn't an assembly available, if memory serves me rightly.
  14. It was one of my prouder ones too. Sounded like someone tearing a sleeping bag in half.
  15. I let one hang in the elevator of my apartment building the other day moments before the door opened and I exited. Two people made a dash for the elevator to catch it before it closed. I turned and saw the looks of absolute horror on their faces as the door closed, as I winked and gave them the thumbs up.
  16. 120 ohms is the termination resistance of the network. If it has a TBC unplug that first. Then other non essential modules to see what's killing the network.
  17. I'm not worried about the indexer itself, I just need a few washers to set them in the right direction.
  18. You still smoke, Mike? Lol
