  1. Ah! My friend. This is where the plot thickens as they say. I have one "ready to eat" blue. I have another case of freezies, although not in the freezer - which given my current situation is a good thing; since that makes them freezer tax exempt for the time being.
  2. They want the tax for those red ones. They heard I've been eating them during regular freezer hours, not the tax exempt hours. I'm in deep shit.
  3. The IFTCA (International Freezie Tax Collection Agency) was by and said I am over my quota.
  4. This is a difficult question. Is the charity also classified as a "not for profit" organization?
  5. Clear freezies much like clear fuel have the tax factored into the pricing. I concur. The white ones are quite satisfying. I think we can all agree however: fuck orange.
  6. too bad I'm not closer. We could bench race for a few hours at a time.
  7. Farm fuel isn't enough of a saving anymore to even run it. First ticket is $440. Second one is $10k Third one they take the mileage on your truck, use an arbitrary number to determine an average fuel mileage, and charge you the tax based on that, and they assume ALL the fuel you'd burned is farm fuel.
  8. Here if they dip you and it comes up red, and you tell them you have trans oil in it as an additive, they send it to be tested. If it comes back with ATF you don't get a ticket. If there's no trace amounts in it you get a ticket in the mail. A guy I know used to dump a qt of used diesel oil in the tank of his pickup when he was running colored fuel. Turned the whole tank full black.
  9. That pass was 11.75 but I pedaled it to avoid the 7 second car in the other lane
  10. It's not much, but it lifted the tires.
  11. They don't clean the tanks out after they slice the ends off from time to time.
  12. I bet it's even more fun to work on than a refills e van. Do they still saw the front 10" of the fuel tank off?
  13. Regulator bore wears and causes the valve to stick causing low line pressure, from time to time. I would check the filter for restriction first, after verifying proper fluid level. But I bet you'll be pulling it.
  14. Yeah there was a tsb for it, but it would only work on trucks with the base cluster.
  15. And if that doesn't work swap in known good test FICM.
